Delete your data
You can delete your MIC FIT account yourself, straight away:
- Open your club’s app (MG Fitness is at mgfitness.micfit.app) and sign in.
- Open the menu under your initials, then Settings.
- At the foot of the page, tap Delete my account and type DELETE.
It removes your name, email, phone, date of birth, address, emergency contact, your note for the instructor, friends, challenge days and sign-in at once. Records a club is required to keep for its accounts — such as a payment for a pack — are kept without your name on them. If anything stops it, the screen says so; you can also message the studio with “Please delete my account” and it will be done by hand.
Signed in with Facebook or Google?
You can also remove MIC FIT from your Facebook account under Settings & privacy › Settings › Apps and websites, or from your Google account under Security › Third-party apps. That stops the sign-in; to remove what MIC FIT holds, send the message above as well.
